Receiptly does not collect any data. There is no account, no analytics, no advertising and no server operated by us. This policy explains what that means in practice.
Every receipt you add, including its image, merchant, amount, date, category and notes, is stored in a database on your iPhone. It is not transmitted to us and we have no way to read it.
Backup is switched off by default. If you turn it on in Settings, your receipts sync through your own Apple account using Apple's iCloud service, so you can restore them on another device. That data is governed by Apple's privacy policy and remains inaccessible to us. You can turn it off at any time.
The camera is used only to scan a receipt while you are scanning it. Photo library access is used only to read a picture you explicitly pick. Neither is accessed in the background, and images are not uploaded anywhere.
On supported iPhones, Receiptly uses Apple's on-device foundation models to extract details from receipt text. This processing happens entirely on your device. On other iPhones, on-device text recognition is used instead. In neither case is receipt content sent off the device.
Receiptly does not provide tax, accounting or financial advice, and does not determine what is deductible. It records what is printed on a receipt, and every reading is shown to you for confirmation before it is saved.
Receiptly Pro is sold through the App Store. Payments and subscription status are handled by Apple. We never see your payment details. The app only asks the system whether a valid purchase exists.
When you export a CSV or PDF, the file is created on your device and shared only through the destination you choose. That destination's own privacy terms then apply.
Deleting a receipt removes it and its image. Settings contains an option to delete all receipts at once. Deleting the app removes the local database entirely. If iCloud backup was on, removing the data from your iCloud account is also possible through Apple's own settings.
Receiptly is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this address with a new date. Material changes affecting how data is handled will also be noted in the app's release notes.

Bir fişi silmek onu ve görselini kaldırır. Ayarlar'da tüm fişleri tek seferde silme seçeneği vardır. Uygulamayı silmek yerel veritabanını tamamen kaldırır. iCloud yedekleme açıksa, veriyi iCloud hesabınızdan kaldırmak da Apple'ın kendi ayarları üzerinden mümkündür.
Receiptly çocuklara yönelik değildir ve hiç kimseden veri toplamaz.
Bu politika değişirse güncel sürüm yeni tarihiyle bu adreste yayımlanır. Verinin işlenme biçimini etkileyen önemli değişiklikler uygulamanın sürüm notlarında da belirtilir.
